Presentation of Works in Yunotsu, Tokyo

Two artists are currently staying in Yunotsu, creating new works each day as part of their residency. Now that December has arrived, they are working at full speed in preparation for their upcoming presentations. Their work-in-progress will be showcased in Yunotsu and Tokyo this December.

    * If people (Artist/ Visitors) want to join, everyone is 5,500 yen, for the food and all you can drink.

We are pleased to announce the public presentations of works created through the artist-in-residence program AKIYA AIR 2025, which utilizes vacant houses in Yunotsu, Ōda City, Shimane Prefecture.

Thanks to the generous support of the Embassy of the Netherlands in Japan, the artists and the organizers from Yunotsu will gather in Tokyo to hold a presentation showcasing the results of the program immediately after its completion.

  • 19:30 – Discussion followed by a BBQ-style networking session (1000 yen per person)
